Nu Air is a family-owned heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor that provides excellent, timely service to ensure the comfort of your home and family. We work with residential owners, tenants and landlords in single-family homes, town homes and apartments. Our company was established in 1993 and incorporated in 1996. We serve the Los Angeles, Ventura and Northern Orange County areas. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured.

There are no hidden costs associated with a service call to your house.  Our service department travels to you in vehicles stocked with the most common repair parts.

Our service men are courteous and professional. When cleanliness is important, they will wear booties in the home to protect all carpeting or furniture.

Nu Air works with all residential systems. These include high pressure duct systems, zoning systems, geothermal heat pumps and hydronic heating systems. Our technicians are highly skilled and equipped to work on all levels of equipment, ranging from 0 to 150 tons.

If total system replacement is required, we work with clients to determine if we should change out like-for-like systems or for a higher efficiency system. Often rebates are available when newer efficiency technologies. We will also address auxiliary residential air quality and efficiency issues including zoning, air purification and humidification.
